Inter Bus warrants every part sold through the store and accepts returns under the conditions below. Our goal is for every order to arrive conforming, and in the event of any technical issue, for you to receive a quick resolution — replacement, repair, or refund.

1. Warranty period
- 12 months — standard term for most spare parts, unless the manufacturer specifies a different duration.
- 24 months — for certain categories (shock absorbers, alternators, complete clutches) when manufacturer specifications allow.
- Per data sheet — for parts with extended warranty offered directly by the manufacturer; the exact duration is shown on the product page.
The term starts from the delivery date, evidenced by the tax invoice. To benefit from the warranty, keep the invoice and the original packaging for as long as you use the part.
2. What the warranty covers
- Material and workmanship defects attributable to the manufacturer.
- Malfunction occurring under normal conditions of use.
- Non-conformity with the technical specifications declared at the time of sale.
3. What the warranty does not cover
- Normal wear from use (for example, brake pads consuming their friction lining, filters clogging, etc.).
- Defects caused by incorrect installation or installation by unauthorized personnel. For technical parts, we recommend installation in a specialized service shop.
- Damage from using the part in improper conditions (overload, non-conforming fluids, lack of periodic vehicle maintenance).
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs to the part.
- External mechanical damage (impacts, accidents, natural phenomena).
- Use of the part on a vehicle other than the one for which it is homologated or applicable.
4. How to activate the warranty
- Contact the Inter Bus team via the contact form or phone, with your order number and a description of the issue.
- We guide you to a solution: in many cases we quickly identify whether it's a manufacturing defect or an external cause.
- If the part needs to be inspected, you ship it to the address we provide, along with the invoice and, if possible, photographs of the defect.
- Within a maximum of 15 working days of receiving the part, we communicate the assessment result and the applied solution: replacement, repair, or refund.
5. Right of return (14 days)
For natural-person customers, under Law no. 105/2003 on consumer protection, you have the right to return the product within 14 calendar days of receipt, without having to justify the decision.
Return conditions:
- The part has not been installed and is in original condition.
- Original packaging is intact, labels not removed.
- All accessories, manuals, and certificates are included.
- The return is accompanied by the tax invoice or receipt.
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, except where the product is defective, mis-shipped, or incorrectly described.
6. Exceptions to the right of return
Certain products, by their nature, cannot be returned if they have been unsealed or installed: individualized electronic parts, technical fluids, parts made to order based on customer specifications, as well as parts which, once packaged, cannot be resold for sanitary or safety reasons.
7. Refund methods
Refunds are issued within a maximum of 14 days from confirmation of the return or completion of the warranty procedure, using the same method used for payment (bank transfer to the account from which the amount was collected, or refund to the card used). For business customers, refunds are issued exclusively by bank transfer based on a credit note.
8. Technical assistance
The Inter Bus team is available for any question regarding part identification, compatibility, or warranty. We respond on working days within 24 hours. For professional fleets we offer priority technical assistance.
